Q.   How can User Rights be assigned if the Assign Rights Tab is "Grayed Out"?

A.   If the Assign User Rights is grayed out, it either means that the person who is viewing the Security screen does not have Add or Edit permission OR that the User selected for viewing has the Supervisor box checked.  Checking the supervisor box causes ALL User Rights on the Assign Rights tab to be checked.  Therefore, the tab is “grayed out”.

Q.   Can User Right be assigned from One user to another?

A.   User rights may be copied using the Copy Action button icon in the Security Setup screen.
