Currently I have my Default Printer setup to PDF MANUAL  as displayed below. 

 

 

Select tor Print Check, label, etc. and the following screen displays allowing me to select a printer other that my default, so I select to print to Lexmark 8300 Series:

 

 

Depress Print, once my document has been printed, and I depress the exit button to exit screen the following Default Printer prompt appears: 

 

 

 

Depress "No" to leave the printer you just selected (Lexmark 8300 Series) as the default printer. 

 

Depress "Yes" to restore the original default printer and the following Printer screen will appear.   Highlight the Printer you want to set as the default (PDF MANUAL) then depress the Print button at the bottom of the screen.  This actually will not cause anything to print but will update your default printer back to the (PDF MANUAL) printer you selected to be the default printer.
