This is a print driver issue.  Try changing your printer defaults paper size to Legal instead of Letter and display the report on screen.  Or when you print to the printer directly change the preferences and paper size to Legal - all info will print.

If you are still unable to get the legal reports to display completely on screen, try changing your default printer to the PDF Writer (if you have one) and then if the pdf writer is defaulted to legal size it will all display on screen.
