ERROR - Delete Error Log

Q.  When should the Error Log file be deleted?

A.  The Error Log is key to keeping the MANEX system tuned up. The administrator should frequently check the error log to see if users are being dumped from the system. Copies of the errors should be emailed to MANEX at cs@manex.com to verify the cause of the error and take appropriate action. It is most useful when the user includes a brief description of the action(s) being undertaken when the crash occurred. Error logs older than the last system update are no longer required. Under most circumstances, it is only necessary to keep the last two weeks of error logs, just in case a review is needed.
