Prerequisites for Contacts Information |
After activation, "Customer Information & Customer Contact Information" access for each user must be setup in the ManEx System Security module. Users with “Supervisor Rights” will automatically have access.

The Contact must refer to a Customer, which has been set up in the Customer module. |
A picture File |
A picture of the contact may optionally be included as a memory jogger, but the picture must already be available to pickup in a picture format. |
