Why does the Help module not have any Back Button Feature?
Answer:
The Help Link to our Knowledge Base does not have any Back or Forward buttons that you would be familiar with from Internet Explorer. If you need to use the Back feature, you can simply right click on the screen and select "Back" from the menu that appears.
