Q. How do I contact ManEx Customer Support to report an Issue?
A. There are a few different ways to report an issue:
- The best way to report an issue is to submit a KB (Knowledge Base) ticket. This way the entire support group will receive the ticket for review. For further detail see How do I submit a Ticket?
- You can e-mail the issue to support@manex.com and the entire support group will receive the e-mail for review.
- If it is an an emergency and you need to contact Customer Support immediately you can call the Customer Support line
