Why is my firewall blocking my access to the kb?
When attempting to login into the ManEx Knowledge Base I am receivng the following message:

Error content: Redirect loop
System has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
 
Resolution:  We have found that Cleaning the cookies, resolves this issue.
