| Prerequisites for Inactive PNs |
After activation, System Utility access for each user must be setup in the ManEx Security module. Users with “supervisor’s rights” will automatically have access.
The following criterias must be meant before an Inactive part can be archived:
- Part number must be Inactive
- Part must not be in cycle count or physical inventory
- If part is used on a BOM, it must be marked as an obsolete item and the BOM status must be marked inactive
- Part number cannot be on an Open Purchase Order
- Part number can not be in reconciliation
- Part number cannot be on no Open Work Order
- Part Number cannot be on no Open Sales Order
- If part is a BOM parent, the BOM Status must be inactive.
