To Add, depress the Add button.  Type in the description.
To Edit, depress the Edit button.  Highlight the description to be edited.  Make any changes.

To Delete, depress the Delete button.  Highlight the item you want to delete.

 

Upon completion the user must Save or Abandon changes.
