The Manex FTP site is designed to insure that no one but Manex and each specific user can access the information loaded in their FTP folder.  We can increase our allowable file size, and will do so if the situation warrants.  But more often than not, our Users ftp connection will time out before a very large file can get loaded, so we suggest parsing the file into smaller portions.
